No, we're checking fit and it's free. If it's a fit, we scope a paid Infrastructure Assessment from there, not a sales pitch either: a fixed-scope review of your actual setup, whether that's a database, a pipeline, a streaming platform, a cloud bill, or a custom software build, that ends with specific, actionable recommendations.
What should I prepare?
Nothing required for the first call. If you have a slow query log, EXPLAIN ANALYZE output, a pipeline diagram, cloud cost reports, or a product brief, bring them. We'll work with whatever you have, including nothing.
What if my problem is urgent?
